1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order on our webshop is easy! Choose the products you want to buy, add them to your shopping cart and go to the checkout. Fill in your details and choose your payment and shipping method. After your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order information.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to it. Please contact us at info@wildandfreethestore.com.

3. How can I return my order?

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you do wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The bag must be unused and in its original condition. Please email info@wildandfreethestore.com with your return request, and we will send you the return instructions. Returns are at your own expense, unless the bag is defective.

4. What is the warranty on my bag?

Our handmade bags are of high quality, but if there are any issues due to a manufacturing defect please contact us at info@wildandfreethestore.com with photos of the issue and we will assist you further.

5. How do I care for my sisal bag?

Sisal is a natural fiber, and with the right care your bag will stay in top shape! Follow these simple tips:

  • Avoid water : Sisal is sensitive to moisture, so try to keep your bag dry.

  • Cleaning : Clean the bag with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.

  • Storage : Store your bag in a dry, well-ventilated place to extend its life.

6. What is sisal and why do you use this material?

Sisal is a natural fiber that comes from the agave plant. It is known for its strength , durability and environmental friendliness . Because sisal is biodegradable and requires little water to grow, it is a more sustainable alternative to other materials. Our bags are handwoven by skilled craftsmen in Kenya , which ensures a unique and high-quality product.

7. Can I order a bag in a different color or size?

At the moment we offer our bags in the available colours and sizes that are listed on the website. If you have specific wishes, please contact us and we will see what is possible together!
