Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

and be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The purchase must also be identifiable (e.g., with your name, email, or order number).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
